• Early integration into the scientific community: Conferences, workshops, research stays .
• Transferable skills: Scientific presentation, writing, leadership, project management.
• Networking:
• Access to SmartProSys international networks.
• Collaboration with DFG-funded RTGs and MPI graduate schools.
